General Program Outline

Day 1
Arrival in the afternoon
Dinner at the farm, briefing with guides and overnight stay

Day 2
On this first day of our journey, we leave the farmhouse and descend in altitude to the shore of Lake Occhito on the northern slope. Wheat and barley fields, Mediterranean scrub, forests, different scenery will accompany us on this morning's approach to the lake.
We will have a quick, frugal packed lunch near the shore and then set off along the lake clockwise towards the eastern shore to reach the Manor House where we will have dinner and sleep.

Day 3
Departing from the farmhouse, we will continue the hike along the east shore of Lake Occhito in a southerly direction. White roads, woods and breathtaking views of the lake will make this day's journey worthwhile.
After stopping for lunch, we will return to the Molise side of the lake, the western shore, where we will continue our march until we reach our third agriturismo, where we will again enjoy the best of local produce at dinner.

Day 4
On this last day, we will set off along the lake to return to our starting point, where we will chat about the past few days over lunch and then say goodbye.
